I received my Master’s of Physical Therapy Degree from Stockton University in 1999 and currently reside in Smithville, NJ and have been practicing Physical Therapy in the State of NJ since 2000. In addition to my Physical Therapy license, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist for the State of NJ in 2016.

I have spent my career in Outpatient Orthopedics where I have treated a variety of Orthopedic conditions of people ranging from ages 10 years to 90+. I place an emphasis on ROM, Strength Training, Postural Awareness, and Body Mechanics to help clients achieve maximum function and independence.

In my spare time I enjoy time with family, friends, serving the Lord, and regular exercise. I believe every day is a gift and consider it a privilege to help others achieve and work towards their fitness goals.
